Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: 08/08/2026
This Cancellation Policy explains when an order placed through the AAVYA online store may be cancelled.
AAVYA HEALTH CARE PRIVATE LIMITED ("AAVYA", "we", "us" or "our") aims to make the cancellation process clear and straightforward while ensuring that orders already being fulfilled can be handled appropriately.
1. When Can an Order Be Cancelled?
A customer may request cancellation before the order has reached a stage where cancellation is no longer operationally possible.
Generally, cancellation may be available when an order is:
- Pending
- Confirmed
- Awaiting processing
Cancellation may become unavailable once an order has:
- Entered fulfilment
- Been packed
- Been handed over to a delivery partner
- Been dispatched
The actual availability of cancellation will depend on the order status shown in the AAVYA system.
2. How to Request Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order, contact AAVYA Customer Support as soon as possible.
You should provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Registered email address
- Registered mobile number
- Reason for cancellation, where applicable
Email: support@aavyahealthcare.com
Phone: 9822544907
3. Cancellation Through My Account
Where the cancellation feature is available, eligible orders may display a:
Cancel Order
option within:
My Account → Orders → Order Details
The cancellation option should only be displayed when the order status permits cancellation.
4. Cancellation Is Not Guaranteed Until Confirmed
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order.
An order should be considered cancelled only after AAVYA confirms the cancellation or the order status changes to:
Cancelled
If an order has already entered processing or dispatch, the cancellation request may not be successful.
5. Cancellation Before Processing
If a cancellation request is received before fulfilment begins, AAVYA will attempt to cancel the order.
If payment has already been received, an applicable refund will be initiated according to the relevant refund process.
6. Cancellation During Processing
If an order has entered processing, packing or fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
You may still contact Customer Support and we will check the current order status.
If cancellation is not possible, the applicable return process may be available after delivery, subject to the:
Return & Refund Policy
7. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may generally no longer be available through the standard cancellation process.
If you no longer wish to receive the order, contact Customer Support.
Depending on the circumstances, you may need to follow the applicable return or refund process.
8. Partial Cancellation
If an order contains multiple products, cancellation of individual items may be possible before fulfilment, depending on the order status and system capabilities.
For example:
Order │ ├── Ashwagandha Powder ├── Triphala Tablets └── Kumkumadi Tailam
Each item's eligibility for cancellation is assessed individually based on its own fulfilment status.
9. Cash on Delivery — Advance Payment (Non-Refundable)
For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) where a total order value of ₹999 or more applies, AAVYA requires a non-refundable advance payment of ₹199, paid online at the time of order placement. The remaining balance is collected in cash at the time of delivery.
This advance payment:
- Is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer for any reason, at any stage, including before dispatch.
- Is not an additional charge — it is deducted from the total order value, and only the remaining balance is collected on delivery.
- May be refunded at AAVYA's discretion in specific circumstances, such as where AAVYA is unable to fulfil or deliver the order, or where the order is cancelled due to an error attributable to AAVYA.
By selecting Cash on Delivery and completing the advance payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts this non-refundable advance policy. This is disclosed clearly at checkout before payment is made.
This provision applies specifically to the COD advance amount and does not affect refund eligibility for the remaining order value under the standard cancellation and refund provisions described above, where applicable.
