We make it easy to follow your AAVYA order from confirmation to delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information is available, you can follow its progress through your AAVYA account or the tracking information provided by our delivery partner.

1. How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order in either of the following ways:

Through Your AAVYA Account

2. 2Open My Account.
3. 3Select Orders.
4. 4Select the order you want to track.
5. 5View the current order status and available tracking information.

Through the Tracking Link

Where tracking is available, AAVYA or our delivery partner may provide a tracking link through your registered email address or mobile number.

2. What Information Do I Need?

To check your order status, you may need:

• Order number
• Registered email address or mobile number
• Tracking number, where applicable

Keep your order confirmation until your order has been successfully delivered.

Your order may move through several stages.
