Your AAVYA Wishlist is a simple way to save products you are interested in and come back to them later.

1. What Is the AAVYA Wishlist?

The Wishlist lets you save products without adding them to your shopping cart.

You can use it to:

  • Save products you want to explore later
  • Keep track of products you are considering
  • Return to products without searching for them again
  • Move saved products to your cart when you are ready to purchase

2. How Do I Add a Product to My Wishlist?

To add a product:

  1. 1Open the product page or product card.
  2. 2Select the heart/Wishlist icon.
  3. 3The product will be added to your Wishlist.

If you are not signed in, the website may ask you to sign in or create an account.

3. How Do I Remove a Product?

To remove a product:

  1. 1Open your Wishlist.
  2. 2Select the heart/Wishlist icon on the product.
  3. 3The product will be removed from your saved items.

You may also be able to remove products directly from the product card.

4. Where Can I Find My Wishlist?

After signing in, open:

My Account → Wishlist

You can also access your Wishlist through the Wishlist icon in the website navigation where available.

5. Do I Need an Account?

A persistent Wishlist should be connected to your AAVYA account.

This allows your saved products to remain associated with your account when you return to the website.

If you are not signed in, Wishlist functionality may be limited depending on the website configuration.

6. Does Adding a Product to My Wishlist Reserve It?

No.

Adding a product to your Wishlist does not reserve inventory.

The product may become:

  • Out of stock
  • Temporarily unavailable
  • Discontinued
  • Subject to a price change

Your Wishlist is only a saved-product list.

7. Will the Price Stay the Same?

Not necessarily.

Prices may change after a product has been added to your Wishlist.

The current price displayed on the product page and at checkout will apply when you purchase the product.

8. What Happens If a Wishlist Product Goes Out of Stock?

The product may remain in your Wishlist even if it becomes temporarily unavailable.

Depending on the website functionality, you may see an Out of Stock or Unavailable status.

You can check the product again later for availability.

9. Can I Add Different Variants to My Wishlist?

Where a product has multiple purchasable variants, the Wishlist should identify the selected variant.

For example:

Ashwagandha

  • Powder — 100 g
  • Tablets — 30 tablets

If you save a specific variant, the saved item should correspond to that exact variant.

10. Can I Add a Wishlist Product to My Cart?

Yes.

Where the product is available:

  1. 1Open your Wishlist.
  2. 2Select the product.
  3. 3Select Add to Cart.
  4. 4Review the selected variant and quantity.
  5. 5Continue to checkout when ready.

Adding an item to your cart does not automatically remove it from your Wishlist unless the website is configured to do so.

11. Can I Change the Variant Before Adding to Cart?

If a parent product has multiple variants, you should be able to open the product page and select the desired variant before adding it to your cart.
