Your AAVYA account gives you one place to manage your profile, orders, addresses and saved products.

1. What Can I Do From My AAVYA Account?

Depending on the features available on your account, you can:

  • View your orders
  • Track orders
  • View order details
  • Manage your profile
  • Manage saved addresses
  • Manage your Wishlist
  • Manage account security
  • Sign out of your account

2. Creating an AAVYA Account

To create an account:

  1. 1Select Account or Sign Up.
  2. 2Enter the requested information.
  3. 3Verify your email address or mobile number, where required.
  4. 4Create your account credentials.
  5. 5Complete the registration process.

Please provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Signing In

To sign in:

  1. 1Select Account.
  2. 2Choose Sign In.
  3. 3Enter your registered email address/mobile number and password.
  4. 4Complete any verification step requested.
  5. 5You will be redirected to your AAVYA account.

4. Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. 1Open the AAVYA Sign In page.
  2. 2Select Forgot Password.
  3. 3Enter your registered email address.
  4. 4Follow the password-reset instructions.
  5. 5Create a new password.

If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.

If the problem continues, contact Customer Support.

5. Managing Your Profile

Your profile may include information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number
  • Other account information

You can update information that is available through your account settings.

If certain information cannot be changed directly, contact Customer Support.

6. Managing Your Addresses

You may be able to save delivery addresses to make future purchases easier.

You can add:

  • Home address
  • Work address
  • Other delivery addresses

Before placing an order, always check that the selected delivery address is correct.

Saving an address does not guarantee that a particular location is serviceable.

7. Managing Your Orders

Your account provides access to your order history.

For each available order, you may be able to view:

  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Products purchased
  • Product variants
  • Quantity
  • Price
  • Order total
  • Payment status
  • Order status
  • Shipping information
  • Tracking information

8. Viewing an Order

To view an order:

  1. 1Sign in to your AAVYA account.
  2. 2Open My Account.
  3. 3Select Orders.
  4. 4Select the order you want to view.

You will see the available details associated with that order.

9. Tracking an Order

To track an order:

  1. 1Sign in to your AAVYA account.
  2. 2Open Orders.
  3. 3Select the relevant order.
  4. 4Select Track Order, where available.

You may see a status timeline such as:

Order Placed
      ↓
Payment Confirmed
      ↓
Processing
      ↓
Shipped
      ↓
Out for Delivery
      ↓
Delivered
